Billing and payment information

Invoice

An invoice will be sent to you at your home. Another invoice for all charges billed to you (third-party payer principle) will be sent directly to your insurance company.

The following are included on a single invoice:

• Hospitalisation costs,
• Medical and paramedical fees,
• Pharmaceutical proprietary drugs,
• Miscellaneous expenses.

For amounts not covered by your health insurance policy, you will receive an invoice for:

• The amount outstanding for your hospitalisation day (co-payment),
• Additional pharmaceutical products,
• The amount outstanding for doctor’ fees,

Missed Appointment

To ensure access to care for everyone, any appointment that is not attended and not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may result in a fine.
If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible.

If you wish to dispute a fine, please contact the secretariat of your specialty by email, referring to the list below.
To facilitate the processing of your request, please include “ARV Dispute” in the subject line, and in the body of the message, provide your full name, the doctor concerned, and the date of the penalty.
